“Algae Dinobryon” was painted from inspiration after studying algae in our pond, and how they clung to other forms of algae. As the colony grows, a daughter will attach to the parent below or alongside, and so on, resembling a long string like bunch of flowers. These tiny algae are each encased in what looks like glass goblets. They are tiny compared to some other forms of algae. The original is an oil painting on linen stretched canvas sized 30 x 40 cm.

There are several sizes of prints using paper sizes A5 to A3Plus. Each print has a narrow white border to facilitate framing and signing. This is an Open Run of prints, but each print is still logged with a unique number and signed by me. It comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
