It is very important that you are happy with the artwork you purchase from me. Every effort has been made to ensure my work is represented and described as accurately as possible. Please note colours vary slightly on different monitors. All my work is produced with quality materials, from the canvases and paper to the paints and inks, and reproduction giclee prints are colour matched closely with the original art work. A full description of materials used and size of work is given for each piece. Each original comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
All Reproduction Giclee Prints are signed and numbered, and each also comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. They are printed with a high resolution printer, pigment inks and 100% acid free fine art paper.
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are not subject to VAT.
Orders placed outside of the UK may incur additional charges for customs, taxes etc. Please note you, as the buyer are responsible for these customs duties and taxes.
Packaging
Prints tend to be shipped unmounted, in strengthened cardboard envelopes for smaller sizes or carefully rolled in postal tubes for the larger sizes. However, if you wish to have the print mounted as an extra, this will be packaged in a large flat strengthened package. This may cost extra for postage.
Depending upon the art work and your order, this may be
• double wrapped and boxed (paintings on stretched canvas)
• rolled in a sturdy tube, or
• sandwiched with card board in a strong envelope/box.
I do not send glass framed artworks through parcel or postal delivery unless they are very small and it states “framed”, eg. for miniature ACEO work. When requested, I do my best to provide mounts for the artwork that will fit off the shelf standard frame sizes.
Paying For Your Order
For all orders placed through my website, within the UK and Overseas, you can use a secure payment system, either Paypal (with a Paypal Account which accepts your chosen payment methods) or Stripe which accepts for example: Visa Debit/Credit, Mastercard, American Express etc. Stripe is also enabled for digital wallet payments if you wish, eg. Google Pay, Apple Pay etc.
I will not have access to your credit card secure details when you use these payment gateways. They are secure third party payment gateways. Once I have received confirmation that payment has been made, either with Paypal or Stripe, I will then be able to process your order.
For orders and purchases made in person, I can accept cash, bank transfers or Visa Credit and Debit Cards using the Zettle card machine by Paypal.
Postage
Postage costs are determined by the size and weight of your order and added to your Cart on Check Out. Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded, Tracked and/or Signed for Delivery and an email will be sent confirming dispatch. For very large parcels, depending upon the order, a courier service might be used. This will all be clear and agreed before the order is placed.
Returning An Item
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me first to explain why, and return the artwork carefully packaged in the original packing materials within 14 days of receipt. It is important that you obtain proof of posting when you return items. Once the returned item has been received by me in the original state it was sent to you, I will refund your payment.
Please note you are liable for the cost of returns if you simply change your mind.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time, but if your order has already been dispatched, a refund can only be given once the item has been returned and received safely by me. Please note cancellation of bespoke or commissioned work that cannot realistically be sold on will incur a cost scaled to the amount of work that has already been done and the materials used.

In The Unfortunate Event An Item Arrives With You Damaged
I package my art really well to cope with the rigors of the postal service. Where an item is unfortunately received damaged I would be grateful if you could let me know straight away and if possible photograph the damaged packaging and item and send me this image so that I can make a fair claim against the delivery service. Please keep the damaged item until instructed otherwise as the delivery service may wish to inspect it.
If you are happy with another art work of the same price as a replacement this can be sent to you, or if I am able, a very similar item can be painted in its place. If you prefer a refund instead, this will be made to you.
Anything Else
If you have any queries whether covered here or not, please do not hesitate to contact me.
It is important to me that my dealings with you leave you feeling happy. I would naturally like you to visit again!
